At Florida Villas and Elite Homes, our services include an extensive internet presence, professional marketing, state-of-the-art website with owner login and calendar. We normally have sufficient bookings to ensure your house is rented for much of the year. We also encourage, assist and guide you, if you are making efforts to find your own rentals. We do not charge a fee for looking after your guests, who are also most welcome to check-in at our centrally located office, receive directions, keys to your property, and take any outstanding rental payments still due to you.
Expert Maintenance
We take care of your investment, as if it were our own. We provide professional in-house maintenance, housekeeping, pest, pool & landscaping (if applicable) service.
Administration
We are dedicated to homeowners and do not have unreasonable fees. We offer detailed documentation, transparency and tax return assistance. Bills received for your home are paid promptly and invoiced to you on a monthly statement. These amounts are often offset by rental income received with any surplus funds paid to you as required.
No Long Term Contracts
We do not tie owners to any long-term contracts, it is after all your home, and you may terminate our management at any time without penalty, with a 30 day written notice.
