We had rented two vacation homes that David had managed. We were impressed that it went smoothly and was very clean (very important to me). So we decided to use him to show us houses.

1. We thought we knew what we wanted in a home to rent and then use for our Winter Get Away. We saw 15 homes the first day in 4 different housing developments, and realized what we could live with and what we couldn’t live with. Our list had changed. So we gave him our new list. 2. The next day when we got to the 4th house all I kept saying in about 5 min in the house “This is it” over and over. He listened to us and then only showed us what our new criteria was. 3. He knew the area and what the houses were going for and we could make an educated price. 4. We were scared about buying a house 1000 miles away from our home. But David helped us feel calm about him handling everything for us. He was wonderful, everything went smoothly. 5. We then used him as our management company to take care of our house.
